There has been some discussion about how Michigan’s Proposal 2 is one thing, and the way it’s presented on the ballot is another. But I wonder how it would be doing if it were titled thusly:
“Laissez faire: A proposal to de-regulate the stem cell industry.”
(I got the idea from State Senator Tom George’s article in the Lansing State Journal.)
